Introduction of the General Conditions

The present general conditions of sale, thereafter, "General Conditions" have as object to discipline the acquisition of products and services, carried out remotely and made available by Internet network on the site: www.eArtisan.eu called by the next, the "Site". This discipline is regulated by the law in force since June 3, 2013, and reviewed on February 16, 2016. The Commercial Activity is registered near the Carrefour Bank for Enterprises, BCE number: 0843.761.329 since February 17 2012, with the VAT number BE: 0843.761.329 with headquarters in Kleine Wijngaardstraat, 119 - 1160 Brussels. The buyer places his own order on eArtisan.eu following the procedure indicated. eArtisan.eu registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. Confirmation of the online order constitutes an electronic signature between eArtisan.eu and the buyer and has the same legal validity as a written signature. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of order from eArtisan.eu.

Choose and order the Products

The characteristics and the price of the various products on sale on the Site, named: "Product" or "Products", are reported on the page relating to each Product. For the acquisition of the Products the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must add the Product to the "Basket" and, after having read the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy accepting and confirming the above-mentioned conditions, he will have to insert the data of possible shipments and invoices, selected the modality of desired payment and confirmed the order.

With the sending of the order via the Site which has value of contractual proposal, the Customer recognises and declares to have taken knowledge of all the indications provided during the procedure of acquisition and to accept the present and complete General Conditions and of payment transcribed.

The contract stipulated between eArtisan.eu and the Customer must be concluded with the confirmation of order from eArtisan.eu. Such acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an order confirmation email even containing a reference to these Terms and Conditions, the number of order, the data of sending and invoicing, the list of the Products ordered with their essential characteristics and the total price included expenses of delivery. The Customer will check the confirmation email and determine if there are any mistakes in the order, it will be 12 hours from the receipt of this email to contact Customer Service via the Site using the special form of intermediate contact accessible via the tab “Contact us.” After this period, the order will be processed for delivery and will not be modifiable, while respecting the Customer's right.

Once the order is received, eArtisan.eu will check the availability of stocks to prepare, check and send the order. In which case one or more products are not or no longer available, eArtisan.eu Customer Service will send a timely communication via an email to the Customer who, within the next 12 hours, will have the opportunity to respond to confirm the shipment of any other Products available or cancel. In case of non-response after this time, the order will be considered confirmed and the available Products will be sent. In case of cancellation the entire relative amount of the Missing Products will be deducted or in any way, according to the designated payment method, it will not be charged to the Customer.

Product Information

Information and features relating to the Products are available on the Site, together with the codes relating to the Products. The visual representation of the Products on the Site, if available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the product description. It is understood that the sole purpose of the image of the Products is to present them for sale, colors and dimensions, they may not be perfectly corresponding to its characteristics; in any case, the description of the product sheet is always valid.

Prices and shipments

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties as excise and VAT, Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system, taking into account the type of goods, weight, distance and shipping methods. This cost will then be added to the invoice and the total price indicated at the time of payment is inclusive of shipping costs. eArtisan.eu, reserves the right to choose and propose from time to time the courier that offers the best guarantees of reliability. In addition, discounts and/or benefits may be offered conditional on the purchase quantity or the period of the year. All prices are in Euro (€).

Return Policy

The law that regulates the relationship between customer and store in the field of e-commerce imposes the possibility of returning products purchased within 14 days by the customer, without the need for justification. it’s your right, but remember there are some exceptions, you can’t return consumables like food, downloaded software or personalised products, generally because these products cannot be sold again. However, when we sell a product that does not match the standard rules of the Return Policy, you will find this information in the product description.

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. The transport costs incurred for the return of the product, which must be carried out with the same carrier and in the same packaging conditions as the product received, are charge by the buyer.
