The customer's personal data (including, but not limited to, name, surname, email address, telephone number) are collected by eArtisan.eu limited to the context of the service provided and for the time strictly necessary for the performance of the service and to no one title sold to third parties. eArtisan.eu guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code of Legislative Decree N. 196 of 30.06.03 and to the EU Regulation / 679/2016 update GDPR 25 May 2018.

Data controller

The data controller officer is eArtisan.eu, rue de la Vignette, 119 - 1160 Bruxelles, in the person of the legal representative art. 29 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 and art. 4 of the EU Regulation / 679/2016 update GDPR 25 May 2018. The customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by accessing his account directly on the www.eArtisan.eu website, or by written communication to be sent to eArtisan.eu, rue de la Vignette, 119 - 1160 Bruxelles - e-mail privacypolicy@eArtisan.eu without prejudice, in this case, the impossibility of following up the user's request / customer / user of the service.

Purposes and methods of treatment

eArtisan processes the aforementioned personal data exclusively in relation to:

  • requests for articles, newsletters, invitations to events, seminars or registration in distribution lists relating to the same, etc .;
  • request for information on the Company or contact requests;
  • sending personal data for job offers or collaboration with the Company;

NewsLetters

eArtisan.eu uses MailChimp services to create and manage its newsletters, thus conveying the e-mail addresses of its customers. MailChimp is an American company that provides a service dedicated to email marketing and newsletters, which allows us to manage campaign reports and user lists with segmentations. Being a company based in the USA, it is required that it comply with the standards in force in Europe. MailChimp, in this sense adheres to the Privacy Shield, the European regulation on the protection of personal data, therefore it is authorised to process data of subjects present in the territory of the European Union. However eArtisan.eu in no case sells or directly provides the email addresses of its customers, but limits itself to using the Mailchimp servers in order to create, save and send their mail-lists and newsletters.
